What's Up With That?

I haven't exercised seriously in three years.

Today, I went on a three mile walk and the BACK of my knees hurt? I could understand my feet hurting, my quads hurting, or even my calf muscles ... but the back of my knees?

This exercise thing is overrated. Pulled muscles are overrated. You never heard of anyone "pulling a fat".
