There's construction going on across the road which is natural enough. What you don't expect at 7am in the morning is to see the fire hydrant going off like an errant fountain.Not sure that was planned.
Life is pretty interesting if you're conscious.

Every few months (or so), the water company comes by and runs the hydrants in our neighborhood. I happen to notice b/c one of said hydrants is directly across from my house! Or, maybe they just wanted to water the construction site! :)
